Community Health Education Leaders

  • Katherine Sylvester

    PRE- & POST- CONCEPTION HEALTH EDUCATOR

    Katherine is a women’s health advocate, physical therapist, assistant clinical professor, preeclampsia survivor, and VBAC-certified doula dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health. She and her team teach women how to use smart devices to monitor vital signs, ensuring safer pregnancies, smoother cycles, and better long-term health outcomes.

    NERVOUS SYSTEM & SOMATICS EDUCATOR

    Lauren is a certified somatic practitioner, and nervous system resilience expert who helps individuals and organizations foster authentic connection and sustainable behavior change by addressing the root causes of stress and trauma. Her programs integrate evidence-based methods and personal insight, creating impactful solutions for individuals navigating their health journey.

    Ashlee is a twice-certified fitness trainer specializing in Strength & Conditioning, Mobility & Corrective Exercise, HIIT, fat loss, muscle gain, and pre- and postnatal training. She has a passion for motivating clients to surpass their goals through discipline, and unwavering support.

    YOGA LEAD

    Laila is a seasoned yoga instructor, dancer, and author with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals toward healing, growth, and inner alignment. Her journey from ballet to yoga was born from a personal need to heal from physical and emotional wounds, and she has since made it her mission to share the transformative power of movement with others.
